Q: What is RedRaptorCo?
A: RedRaptorCo is an apparel brand built around mental health awareness and support. We create bold, story-driven pieces that remind you that surviving is an art form and your scars are part of your strength.

Q: What does “transforming pain into purpose” mean for your brand?
A: It means turning our hardest experiences into something powerful and healing — both for ourselves and others. Every design, quote and product is created to speak to people who are fighting silent battles and to remind them they are not alone.

Q: Who founded RedRaptorCo?
A: RedRaptorCo was founded by Leila Lapsley after her own journey through trauma, pain, illness and loss. The brand is her way of turning survival into service using apparel and words to support others walking their own hard paths.

Q: Why the name “Red Raptor”?
A: “Red” stands for blood, fire and the raw reality of what we survive. “Raptor” reflects instinct, resilience and the will to keep fighting. Together they symbolise a survivor’s heart; fierce, protective and unbreakable.

 

Q: What kind of products do you sell?
A: We sell apparel with powerful messaging — think tees, hoodies, vests, and training wear designed to be both physical armour and emotional armour, whether you’re in the gym, running errands, or getting through a tough day.

Q: Are your products unisex?
A: Many of our designs are unisex, with a small few vests/zoodies specifying Men's or Ladies - all genders are labelled in each product's description.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Product pages show sizing details so you can choose what feels most comfortable and affirming for you. (Standard UK sizes.) If you’re between sizes or unsure, we usually suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit, especially for hoodies and oversized tees.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: We focus on comfortable, durable fabrics suitable for training and everyday wear. Check each product description for fabric composition.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse the store, choose your size and design, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major debit/credit cards, and there are other secure payment options available at checkout too. All payments are processed in GBP.

Q: Is it safe to order from your site?
A: Yes. Our store uses secure checkout and industry-standard encryption to help keep your payment details protected.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we only ship within the Uk, but we may advance to international shipping in due time.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Delivery times depend on your location and shipping option. We aim to have your order printed and shipped out to you within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays,) and estimated delivery within 14 days of placing your order.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Any available offers or discounts will also be shown there.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: If something isn’t right, you may be able to return or exchange it within a set timeframe as long as it’s unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Full details are on each product along with shipping and product replacement information.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Please contact us at info@redraptorco.co.uk with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps and confirm eligibility under our policy.

Q: Do you donate to mental health causes?
A: Our core mission is awareness, connection and conversation. As we grow, we aim to build formal partnerships and contributions to mental health initiatives.

Q: Are you a replacement for professional mental health support?
A: No. RedRaptorCo is about solidarity, visibility and encouragement — but it is not medical care. If you’re struggling, please reach out to a mental health professional, GP, local support service or a trusted person in your life. We have a dedicated UK mental health page that contains lots of contact/support numbers if you need. (*All contact phone numbers/websites are valid at the time of publishing; January 2026.) 

 

Q: How can I share my story with RedRaptorCo?
A: We welcome stories from our community. You can reach out via our contact form, through the email address listed throughout the site, or via our social channels. With your permission, we may share stories anonymously to remind others they’re not alone.

Q: How can I stay updated on new drops and stories?
A: You can check in here at www.redraptorco.co.uk, or follow us on social media to hear about new releases, limited drops, stories from the community and mental health content.

Q: How do I care for my RedRaptorCo apparel?
A: For most items, we recommend washing inside-out on a gentle cycle, in cold or warm water, and air-drying where possible. Always check the care label on your garment for exact instructions.

Q: Will the prints and messages fade?
A: With proper care, your pieces are designed to last. Avoid very hot washes, harsh detergents and high-heat tumble drying to help preserve print and fabric quality.
